This is a second system for my home office, could you please tell me this is the right way to connect my HiCapDR , Naic122x and Nap150 please?

Looks OK to me.
Should be -
SNAIC5 from HiCap Socket 4 to NAC112.
SNAIC4 from any other HiCap socket to NAP150.
Collars on SNAICs should be at the Signal end.

BTW do you have any link for the reference manual of the NAC122X? I did not find one so far

It’s at that watermarked image site (surely Naim own the manual copyright!). I couldn’t see a separate Hicap connection graphic but they should be interchangeable. Similar connections just that the Hicap will bring more to the table.
