Hello….I have my first Naim product arriving at the end of the month, the SuperNait 3. Pairing this with Spendor A7s, sources are streaming (currently WiiM Ultra but considering transport options), and a CD player. Has anybody used a Geshelli DAC for the SN3? I understand DAC evaluations is subjective but trying to narrow this phase down…considering Chord, Gashelli, Gustard R26, and Denafrips. Trying to keep under 2K. Shiit is also a consideration. Thanks

A warm welcome to the Forum. I doubt many here will know about the Gessheli DACs, and all I know from Mr Google is that they are very much a budget item. The Supernait 3 is a fabulous amplifier and deserves a really good source. How about an ND5XS2, and lose your current streamer. Or if you want just a DAC, Naim’s nDac is excellent. The various Chords, such as the Hugo 2 are also well thought of.

You might also consider an NDX2 with an XPSDr PS. The SN3 gets MUCH better with the addition of a HighcapDr. I had the SN3 and the NDX2 for more than a year before moving on to NC.

I actually know Geno Geshelli. Really great guy and his DAC’s are warm, fun, and musical.
Though I have an SN3 as well, I have never tried one of his DACs with it.
There’s undeniable Synergy when using Naim sources (I use an NDX 2), but I imagine an email or phone call could be fruitful if you’re looking at their higher-end models.
Your Supernait deserves a quality source.
