I will find out what the hard reset command is for you, but I’ll leave it up to you as to whether to give it a go - because if there is a hardware fault, you may end up with the error message again!

If you want to try the reset, switch the unit on while holding buttons 1 & 3 on the front panel.
This will force the firmware stored in the ARM chip to be reflashed to the DSP.
Please be aware that the stored firmware may be an earlier revision, so you may need to perform an update afterwards (available on the Naim website).
