It’s a minor bug fix just for the ND5XS2 to fix a possible wifi issue and has no other effect on the unit.
My nd5xs2 in my 2nd system has behaved itself since this update. Much more stable on wifi.
It’s actually not fixing a bug on WiFi in ND5 XS2, it’s fixing a bug with some ND5 XS2 units using WAC to set up WiFi access for the first time.
So once a ND5 XS2 has been successfully connected to WiFi, the bug (and the fix) wouldn’t have any impact at all until the ND5 XS2 was being set up again, for example after a factory reset.
It’s nothing to do with how well the ND5 XS2 works when connected to WiFi at all.
