Pink Floyd are certainly masters of taking the mick when it comes to their back catalogue. £74 for 2 sides of music and 2 sides of fancy artwork on the sides without music. I think I’ll pass on that
I like the idea, but not for that price!
£40 max if you ask me.
Edit: I am a bit tight though ![]()
Nah, you’re spot on.
ATM Marketing strategy, in the same vein as one Mr J Paige I fear🫤
You can’t buy & run £25m mansions on £20 album sales alone…
I just caught a few minutes from the Bristol Show.
TOO many rooms with dead-eyed reps ignoring “So What” as great music tumbles into tedium.
Don’t Buy This Album - take acid.
You’ll get closer to your (or the Cool Guy’s) youth.
Well, if you’re offering, Adam…![]()
Hate to be the odd one out and all that, but am in, already ordered, can’t get enough!!
It’s a damn sight better for a band collectible than a logo’d skateboard or baby clothes ( sad tho I am to say it, that’s you, Doors management).
Just a basic one i paid £22 for it new on vinyl, 180g
Sounds better than the original I’ve got,
And means I don’t need to use the original any more, but would never pay that, uv or not?
How many have got a uv light above there turn table ![]()
Not a bad idea that
Acid? Or the LP?
Ahem, if the suthorities are reading this - the LP of course! And if they’re not - it’s still the 70’s isn’t it? Or??
I’m massive fan boy of the Floyd but this is a stretch. If it isn’t the best sounding vinyl version of the album which it won’t be then it would simply gather dust……
Gary
The best sounding LP is undoubtably the one I had half a century ago, and has since gone missing!!!
Life imitates satire, yet again:
