I saw the old thread but seems no one had actually heard the two. 500dr is some pretty good value at the moment pre loved. Any new thoughts / experiences?
I am running a set of 803 d4s btw.
I think plenty of us have heard 350s and 500DR. I have heard the 500DR with 552 and my current 52. I have heard 350s with 332.
They have different sound signatures. 350s and 332 more neutral. 552 and 500DR more forward preaentation.
Best option if you have 552 is 500DR. Then you are done!
They are different set ups. The NC stuff all goes together. You can mix and match but I have gone down 500DR path. And my 552DR arrives this week.
