I’m getting noise through the speakers but only when AV is selected. Its configured for passthrough from my Yamaha AV AMP? Any ideas how to cure?

Its been there since initial setup, its constant in both speakers and doesn’t change with volume. Whole setup is

NAC 202 / NAP 200 with HiCAP DR + NAPSC
CD5 + Flatcap2
ND5 XS (set to floating earth) + XS PSU
Naim UnitiServe
Headline + NAPSC
Soundstage connected to Aux 2 on NAC202

I think people may want more info…

Is this a new problem?
Is this as a result of a change of setup?
What else do you have connected and how?
Is the noise constant, or does it go up with the volume control?
Is it both speakers?
