Endless loop of Tidal login

I’m using my iPad mini and just realised that I don’t have the Naim app on it - as my phone is upstairs, I thought I’d DL the Naim app so I can put some music on the 172. I DL the app and then hit the Tidal button and it directs me to the login screen. I put in my ID and PW, it logs in and then says “you can close this window and return to the Tidal app”. When I hit the Tidal button on the Naim app, it brings me right back to the login screen again.

Has happened about 15 times so far and now I’m losing my mind. I’m logged into the Tidal app, have logged out and back in again, have quit the Naim app multiple times, have restarted the device.

Any idea what’s going wrong here?? Getting massively frustrated.

BTW, Tidal plays fine from the app, all the other Naim app functions are fine - can play internet radio, UPnP streams fine, etc. Just Tidal.

Deleted and reinstalled the Naim app. Now working.

Appreciate the frustration.

It is though, difficult to offer much advice when detail is lacking.
Details of iPad and Naim, version numbers (not latest) and as to whether you are logged in anywhere else with Tidal.
Previous advice has iirc, to login to Tidal, change password then close all down and try again.

edit - just seen you have some resolution, the intial comments though stand, we all feel the frustration but the devil is in the detail - hope that translates ok!
