A new Lamps/Gerrard question for the future?
No.
Iâm really pleased for Cole Palmer. I always liked him when he played for City but he couldnât get enough minutes. He now has a much better chance of being part of the Euros this summer.
âKlopp Out!!!â
Gerrard in!
Before Sunday!
Letâs hope so

Bad news for Arsenal fans.
Arteta isnât leaving.
A good win for The Arsenal away at Forest same old story for most of the PL when playing us 11 players behind the ball for the first half then bring on big old fashioned No9 for the second half not very imaginative from N.E.Santos but it almost worked.
âŠand could there be a whisper of us staying up?!? To be fair Brighton did not have a great evening tonight and struggled to play their way out from the back (we werenât stupid enough to let the opposition play football - the Sheff Utd game showed how dangerous that tactic can be!). I think that they had thrown in the towel 20 minutes from the end and decided that the long punt upfield would be the option - to be honest I donât blame them but it was never going to work. Cloud 9 for the moment.
A masterstroke substitution by Eddie Howe. Livramento on to deal with the rampant Bailey, moving Burn inside. Kept the pressure off and saw us over the line. Brilliant Eddie and a great, if slightly unexpected, away win
We seem to get spanked 3 times a season.
A few mates at the game. Zero complaints from any of them.
Fully deserved victory. And 17th with a game in hand. Good times for you guys
And Saturdayâs game should be interesting then Andy; Newcastle have picked up the pace and I donât expect us to face the same sort of Newcastle performance as we did when you came to us. Your confidence must have picked up with the recent results and I just hope that we make a game of it and donât get battered.
Our only fit striker, Isak, went off injured last night Paul. Not sure how bad it is, but not having a striker on the pitch wonât help us. I expect Saturday to be close.
You must be very pleased how Luton are making a real fight of it.
I was at Selhurst last night for a thrilling win against Sheffield United. We are still wobbly in parts but, by god, when Olise and Eze are in full flow we are something to see. One can only imagine what our season would have been like if the two hadnât been off for so long with injuries.
A couple of good purchases yesterday in the transfer window. Daniel Muñoz from Genk - a right back who has also scored 7 goals and 2 assists this season - not bad for £4.5m. A right back like that will really help Olise up front. Second buy was £22m for the 19 yr old Blackburn Rovers midfielder Adam Wharton. Dougie Freedman has been after him for a year so I think he is an exciting purchase. Just need a striker now - like every other EPL team
I was at the match last night and, yes, Forest barely had an attempt on goal in the first half. Mind you Arsenalâs attempts were few and far between despite all their possession. Maybe they need a new striker?
Meanwhile Forest desperately need a reliable keeper. Arsenal only managed to score when Turner (Arsenal cast off) let the ball go through his legs when Jesus blasted it at an impossibly tight angle. For the second goal Montiel gave the ball away and Arsenal punished the error ruthlessly. Weâre now beginning to get embroiled in a relegation battle, even without any forthcoming points deduction.
