I switched my Atom on at the wall socket as I normaly do but today I got “Error Code 311” on the display.
I switched it off and unplugged it and waited 2 minutes and then plugged it back in and switched it on and it now worked.
I have looked under the trouble shooting on the Naim website but cannot find any mention of it.
Does anybody know what error code 311 is?
Sounds like something in the Atom got it’s knickers in a twist with the switch on surge. If it has cleared with a proper switch on via the units power switch It’s likely all fine.
