Ian I dont know what you are quoting but that looks like Cisco collateral and it clearly Energy Detect Mode is supported on Fast Ethernet - and disabled by default - which is what I said.
SR Mode is 30 metres of 10gbps ports and 50 metres for all others.
The mode is supported on the RJ45 GE ports = (the combo port is a port that can be either an SFP or a physical inbuilt port so typically the uplink ports) .. so it suggests you are fine with your Naim streamer. A GE port typically can negotiate from 10 Mbps to multiple Gbps. The port is the physical interface - not the sync speed. GE interfaces is usually the term used for the logical port with a specific sync speed, as opposed to the physical GE port. The SG350 uses GE RJ45 ports that support Fast Ethernet and Gbit interface speeds on the GE port. Short Reach is support on these ports - bu you will need to enable.
The SFP combo ports dont support Green Ethernet - probably for understandable reasons.
Easy to find out though - log into the switch and enable the port - if you get an error you know it can’t be enabled on that port that you have your streamer connected to.
Green Ethernet which is a different standard to 802.3 EEE (aka 802.3az). Green Ethernet is a superset. SR mode is not part of EEE, and SR as part of Green Ethernet doesn’t require both ends to support - it’s purely a physical thing done on the line length by the physical interface - and is not negotiated. However EEE functions do require negotiation and both sides to support.
ITs only the Green Ethernet Short Reach (SR) I am referring to for noise power reduction. The separate EEE functions are more to do with power saving when the interface is not actively being used but up..
