Now that’s how to finish!

It’s not rocket science Rice, Bellingham and Foden in midfield all of who interchange with one another.

Saka and Gordon on the wings and either Kane or Watkins in centre my personal preference is Watkins.

Backline of Trent Alexander, Walker, Stones and hopefully Luke Shaw.

Brilliant! GO GEORGIA!

Not me, I was responding to a suggestion from JohnF.

Bruce

Gordon has played wingback before. His pace would make a bigger difference than Trippier.

Wow! Fantastic football from the young Portugal :portugal: side

Great to see the Manbaby in top form

The diving isn’t though :grimacing:

Good refereeing Georgia Portugal, ignoring all the histrionics - get on with it. Just booked Portugal 25 for a blatant dive too.

BTW has ferret-face ever actually scored direct from a free kick - he takes them all.

It does Ronaldo’s reputation as a world class player no favours when acting like a petulant child.
If he actually carries on disrespecting the referee as he’s currently doing I can see him been sent off.
Rightly too :weary:

Really impressed with Georgia :georgia: and their physicality. Quite good on the ball too :+1:

I’m pretty sure quite a few. Don’t ask me to list them though :joy:

As one of the last 3 Fulham players left in the competition, Im cheering João P on tonight.

Edit… and he’s been subbed.

And that is how VAR should be used - rarely and when there has been a clear and obvious error. Player made the most of it but they all do

There really wasn’t an awful lot of contact there. No wonder players heave themselves to the ground at every opportunity if they can win a penalty.

So if Georgia win this we play Slovakia on Sunday rather than the Netherlands - come on Georgia!
