I’m a bit surprised it wasn’t in the arch above the front door!
Is that current (looks Classic), or is @anon17748768’s photo the most recent?
Edit: Ah…I see…silly me…that was the cause of the ‘four marks’. The new one moved to the right.
I wonder who has the old sign in their listening room now.?
I bet it’s at tomtom……
I found this old photograph I took on one of my visits - this is a quick scan of the print so apologies for the low resolution and quality.
The first sign on the building extension was positioned to the right of the entrance. My best guess is that having decided to use the full original logo, the size would be restricted above the door, and positioning* it inside the ‘brick arch’ wasn’t desirable either.
Some of the resulting holes from this sign were likely covered up by my ‘classic logo’ design in the photograph above, so the placement on the building didn’t change.
*Julian’s car parked here (Paul’s went alongside) - perhaps he preferred the sign directly above it!
Now that’s the sign you want!
Good reg.
Tour must be in full flow…looking forward to the (pub) debrief.
ISTR that Julian was into motor sports prior to, and in the early days of Naim.
The registration is now owned by James at Tom Tom Audio and used on their van.
DVLA
Don’t recognise the number.
Unless I’m not reading properly.
I think it’s K100 OJV.
So capital O not zero before the JV
apparently that plate is on a Golf diesel now, JV wouldn’t approve i guess !
There is a picture of it on Tom Tom’s Blog.
No reports back at 3.53 p.m , have they all been kidnapped ? Held captive ?
They are still trying the Statement/NAIT 50 comparison demo and can’t be prised away I guess.
