Focal Chora 806 for second system

Thinking of picking up a pair of focal Chora 806s for a second system I’m putting together in my kitchen. Only problem is they’ll have have to sit on shelves in alcoves either side of the fireplace. Any other forum-ers got the Chora 806s in a similar position?

I did think before about a muso (no room) or ceiling speakers but bookshelves on bookshelves seem to be the best plan.

I’ll probably use my spare UQ2 to get going but planning to step up to an Atom or my existing main room SU when I upgrade it.

I have Chora’s in a bedroom system against a wall. They sound ok. Better a foot in and I move them when I’m listening for a while. I like them, good second system speakers.
