Freesat Cnanges (Jan-2024)

I notice that a lot of stations on Freesat have disappeared and a few of the old ones have gone to HD (high-definition). E.g. Sky-News and Sky-Arts seem to be gone. Also the US PBS (Public Service Broadcasting) station.

I assume this is because of limited bandwidth on the satellite. So they had to delete some stations to upgrade the other ones.

Personally I would prefer more stations (more choice) at lower quality.

Someone in house had set station list to HD on Humax. Stations are still there.
