FYI really and some other folks might be experiencing this issue.
I seem to lose volume control in the Naim app quite regularly. Using the android version with a Ethernet connected 272.
Photos below to illustrate missing volume on source and menu screens. The app needs to be restarted for the volume slider to return which perhaps suggests an app issue?
