Google Home not finding Uniti Nova (Formerly how do I do a factory reset)

Having finally stumbled into a factory reset, I find that it didn’t solve my real problem. I can’t get Google Home to recognize the Nova. I saw a thread on this from earlier in the year (involving a Muso). For the record:

The Nova is connected to my home network (via Ethernet)) and the Internet.

I have about 10 other ChromeCast/Google Home enabled devices including a Muso 2.

Edit - on attempt no. 15 it worked.
