Got my ND 555, but screen got blob

New ND 555 owner here. Sound is amazing, everything worked flawlessly. However, my screen got this white blob appearing. Does not look like dead pixel to me.

Is it reasonable to ask for a exchange judging Naim already has production issues :pleading_face:

Perfectly reasonable, but I suspect it would simply require the screen to be replaced rather than the entire unit.

This obvious issue should have been picked up during factory testing and it raises concerns about product QC at the factory. It is possible that final handling and delivery could have caused the screen problem, but I think that unlikely.

The ND555 is an expensive unit and it should be perfect when new. Naim’s production problems are not your concern and I am sure Naim, and your dealer, would want to resolve this issue for you.
