Urgent Help Needed! “Please wait Resetting Streamer” Error Message on My Naim Uniti 2

Hello everyone,

I’m in urgent need of your assistance. My Naim Uniti 2 amplifier keeps displaying the error message “Please wait Resetting Streamer” and I’ve tried unsuccessfully to update it via PC as the device isn’t connecting. I’ve rebooted the device and checked the network connection, but the message persists.

Has anyone with a Naim Uniti 2 encountered this error message before and knows how to resolve it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

By rebooted, have you physically turned it off with the switch on the back? Have you tried a factory reset? It will need to respond to the remote to do that.

I should just add for the OP that a factory reset does not mean returning it to the factory
