Help needed

Having an issue with Tidal. Basically nothing will play? I have a ND5 XS 2, which has the latest Firmware.

It plays radio but nothing via Tidal. Tidal appears on my iPad and I can search for artists but when a I press play I get nothing.

I’ve unplugged everything and rebooted the broadband but still nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Logging out of Tidal on the Naim app, then logging back in, might help.

Thanks Chris. It turns out my Subscription didn’t automatically renew due to my bank card expiring. #facepalm.
All sorted now and normal service resumed.
