After re-stacking my system to accommodate a new 250 DR my Supernait 2 has stopped working. I’ve disconnected everything from SN2, re-installed the link plug and just connect my TT and streamer. Using headphones, sill nothing. I also tried switching out the fuse with no change. Any thoughts on what else I should check?

Try a hard reset.
Also make sure the iec mains plug is fully inserted.
Thanks for the suggestion. Verified the mains is fully inserted and tied the reset but no change. I also repeated the process a second time and cycled the power to see if it might do anything but also no change.
Maybe Check your setting-pre out ? I presume the SN2 works as a pre now?
Thanks for the suggestion. I was convinced at the beginning that I had connected it incorrectly, but unfortunately it appears to be something worse. My dealer also did yeoman’s service going though photos of the connections and research only to come to the same conclusion.
I’m going to take it into the dealer today and see what comes of it. I’m dying to hear my new 250 DR but my guess is that it’s going to be a while.

Issue resolved, root cause was my stupidity. First, I temporarily pulled my DAC out of the system due to limited rack space and forgot to reconfigure to DIN from BNC. On top of that I mixed up the RCA input/output’s on my Rega Aria which is a bit scary. Net result, no working sources!
I was rushing like a 5 year old opening presents on Christmas morning and made some silly mistakes. Super happy with the final results, the 250 sounds awesome.
