Hi All -
I’ve had an issue with my system for a little while now and I’m in the process of stripping it down to try and identify what my issue might be…
My system is SN3/HCDR, NDX2/XPSDR (into Chartwell LS6, on SS6 Stands)
It’a apart, and I’ve just connected up the SN3 and NDX2, and I have the following issues:
SN3 - the mute button light is flashing green.
NDX2 - Digital 4 error, not Signal?
As far as I can work out, the wires are in the correct place - what am I missing, and how do I fix.
Thanking you in advance

Have you tried it without power supplies, ensuring link plugs are back in etc?

Thanks Hollow - I’ve removed the power supplies so it’s just the SN3 and NDX2.
The dongle is in the back of NDX2.
Should there be a link on the SN3, I can’t remember.

A flashing green mute button light on the SN3 typically indicates that the amplifier is missing its link plug.
Or with a separate power supply, it’s not connected or supplying power.

I also read about holding the mute button down for several seconds, now all the input lights are off!
OK - I’m missing this, so I’ll add my HCDR.
Any idea what the error on the NDX2 is Digital 4 No Signal?

Digital input 4 is the BNC input. What source have you connected via coax digital cable?
Thanks all - it’s now working and I’ve realised the problem and fixed - though my remote has now stopped working!!

@Crashwilliams Glad it is working. I think You can use system automation rather than the remote.
