Price and limited information seem at odds with how it looks - 1 bedroom doubtful.
Maybe it’s a gold-plated everything show home.
When I lived in Dublin 2007/8 the price of houses was stratospheric even a two bed terrace would fetch nearly Euro one million.
When we had clients over from the UK I used to take them to the estate agents and say look at that number. What the reference number? - no that is the price.
A number of people in the office had mortgages for 10 times their salary and most taxi drivers would tell you they had just sold their house moved out of town and bought a place in Spain with the balance.

At the asking price I’d expect nothing less than solid gold not plated! (And solid diamond doorknobs.)
Or maybe its the entrance lodge to a huge estate that they omitted to mention…

I assume they had some content manager UI they input the details in to create the listing and assumed it also had pennies and put the extra two zeros in. GBP 435K seems more likely.
Unless it’s built on top of a valuable uranium deposit or something

Looking at the website, I think it is a deliberate “mistake” to get you to look at the large new housing estate.
