How long am I supposed to wait

…for a response from Naim support about a faulty Muso out of warranty?

Emailed them around a week ago and heard nothing yet.

Which email address did you use?

What is the problem with the Mu-So?

I originally contacted the Muso support email and they suggested i tried the normal support@ email.

I received an email back with a ticket number but so far nothing else.


No one able to help?

Absolutely shocking service.

Over the years I have spent tens of thousands of pounds on Naim products and this is what I get.

I’ll send you a message. If you let me have your ticket number I’ll get in touch with Naim. The system sometimes glitches and an enquiry falls through the cracks. I’ll find out the status.
