I am desperately sorry to tell you that my partner, IanRobertM died suddenly just over a week ago. If he hasn’t responded to a thread where you had expected him to, it will be for that reason and no other. He would hate to think others thought he ignored them. To be clear for those who might be concerned, his death was in no way connected with the mental health thread he was involved in.

I’m so very sorry to hear this sad news. I enjoyed many musical discussions with him in recent years on the forum.
He was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about his music, and always helpful and polite. He will be greatly missed.
