…which no longer comes with a working zip, as that messed up so many album covers that were stacked next to it.
And no doubt the record company bean counters didn’t like the extra expense.
Zip was in place for the 2015 reissue - with protective strip…
I keep it at the front of a record box so it doesn’t do any damage
This is dated two years before Sticky Fingers was released and Mick refers to a “hits” album, the timeline and reference seems odd?
OK, maybe not iconic, but the inner sleeve of Grave New World by The Strawbs has been a favourite of mine from the moment I first saw it. The album has been played many, many times and the artwork seemed to enhance the listening when I was younger.
It’s very Dürer, a favourite artist of mine.
