Good evening, I have two Naim Power-lines incoming this weekend and my thoughts are to use them with my NDX2 and Hicap DR leaving the 282 and 250 DR with Power-line Lites. Does anyone have any other thoughts or experiences where the new power-lines will give the most benefit?
Several combinations available to you and probably lots of different answers.
Here’s our thoughts, back when we only had 2 boxes.
In your situation I’d use one on 250DR for sure and the other could be tried on both NDX2 and HiCap to see which you prefer.
If you search the forum, people report positive effects using one on napSC but never having owned one can’t comment on that. Probably the last place to try.
They’re a worthwhile investment, we now have 5.

“282 with a powerline lite”? Where you sticking that, the napsc?

Use one on the Napsc.

When I had a single PL, I found it worked best on the power amp and later added a second which went on the pre amp. That way, all sources benefitted. Might not get the best out of the NDX but in my 3 source system it seemed the best fit.
