Weighs around 12kg, the Pulsar is just under. Big toroidal transformer and a super thick chassis.
I know one dealer who sells the Innuos Pulsar with SPDIF module.
For 3,9 k euros. You can even return. But he is in Lithuania.
I bought the Lumin U2 30% less from him.
AND ALL WORKS NOW !!!
I had to click on the digital imput appearing on the Naim app. Enabling it wasnât enough. Blackbird is my god today.
And ⌠how does it sound.
Yes - certainly you have to switch on the input in the naim app⌠this could have happened to me. To my today me. Not the young me ![]()
Donât think the Zen or Zenith Next Gen have a DAC,
They can! You can opt them as well. Afaik
Pulsar is a fine one! But this will be another box to put ⌠where? Donât know.
Are referring to a built in DAC like you can specify for the Stream series ? I donât think thatâs possible, itâs not an option listed by Innuos. They offer three DAC modules that can be specified for the Innuos Stream, Standard DAC, Performance DAC (options for Stream 1) and Phoenix DAC (option for Stream 3).
You are right. I was mistaken. Thought my dealer mentioned it. The next gen can only opt the output modules. No DAC.
Now we wait until FR has his first thoughts with lumin.
It wouldnât surprise me in the future if Innuos developed the Zen/Zenith NG level to have a DAC option but no word on that yet.
Only the Stream 3 AFAIK.
Correct! I was wrong
