I have read that the Zenith NG is on a par but not identical with the Statement NG, which has made a very nice difference to my 500 system. That said it didn’t mask any of the recent firmware problems.

What happened to the presentation when adding a second one? 
I tried 2 555ps on my NDS before moving onto the ND555. I found adding a second 555 was a big shift in performance of the NDS. On reflection, I should have done that a while ago - I would recommend it if you have the budget.

After I added the news speakers from Sonus Faber, from Olympica I to the Electa Amator IIIs, I had this feeling that the source was letting the system down. It sounded very good, the speakers made a big difference but I felt the resolution could be better, especially the bottom end and the sound stage more precise.
There was a marked improvement with the second PS555 and everything feels balanced and truly engaging. The above problems are not there. The PRaT is fantastic, and the dynamics improved. I use the example of a an old TV screen where the black was actually a green black so the contrast was not so good, it is now solid black so the contract is better.
If a track starts with a bass drum or some percussive instrument one jumps if not expecting it, even if the volume is low, as it is so fast. No one can resist boobing their head in time!
So I am very happy. This ND5 XS2 to the NDS + 2 x PS non DR to the olives, then the EA 3s is definitely completely to my taste. The top end is so sweet and never fatiguing. Huge soundstage and so engaging.
If you have the budget it is a great upgrade.

If you use the NCS 333 as streamer only with the inbuilt PSU and the NDS as Dac only with the 555PS,then you will have a clue of what separation
of PSU’s for digital and analogue do.

Yes similar to using Lindemann Bridge II into my NDS + 555PSDR 
But that wouldn’t give me an indication on how NSS 333 with two PS could potentially sound? It would just be a very expensive “streamer” into the NDS.
Nevertheless you have the equipment to try. Could be very good! A very good streamer into a very good DAC. 
And fully maxed out you can use 4x 555ps

Until you find the second 555 PS,I thought.
One would hope that a NCS333 has a much better streaming section and PSU than a Lindemann..

I can use another 555PS on both nds and 333 with the burndys I have now. Interesting You thought non DR 555 sounded best and on analogue right? And you used DR in digital?
