Technically, as Naim only sell to distributors and dealers, they are Naim’s direct customers. However, You’re a Naim “customer” (end-user) regardless of whether you buy new or used. If you have Naim kit then you’re considered a customer.

You / me, and everyone else who buys used Naim gear keep the “sales” wheel in motion, without this the market would collapse and those who wish to buy new would struggle to move on their old kit.
