Internet radio not connecting and tidal stoping

I have had this issue for a long time nac 272. I can’t get radio 2 HD to connect at all and tidal ( hifi) stops every few seconds. I have have the latest software. Any ideas. Could it by my broadband provider ? In connecting via wifi

I think this is two separate problems. I don’t know where you are but you have to search again for BBC Radio 2 and you will see what formats are available to wherever you are, following changes by the BBC.

And for Tidal, see the current highly active thread on Tidal issues. But the short version is that Tidal has changed something that has broken Tidal access from legacy streamers like the 272. We are waiting to see what Naim says after the weekend.
