Issue login to Qobuz

Hi all
I am facing a problem. I am not able to login to qobuz.

I already reset the app.
Tidal was no problem.
Strange message shows.
Also I am not able to enter services and accounts or make other adjustments.
Tidal works.

Is this in the Naim/Focal app?

I’ve noticed a few oddities recently such as prices being shown in US dollars.

Perhaps they’re updating the back-end software, I suspect it’s resolve itself soon enough.

Something which really annoys me on their website is having to complete those ‘Captcha’ verifications when I log in. Grrrr…

Do not recall ever to be challenged by those on Qobuz. All works just fine with them on my Anime/Focal App, using it daily for Qobuz streaming.
Logging to site as well saw no challenges, but they has their issues recently, maybe is a consequence of the recovery actions taken.

I get those silly image things quite often in a web browser - might be due to my ad-blocker I suppose and it’s not the only site.

This is after tapping om the qobus pictogram on the naim focal app. Then I need to login. And this appears.
Yesterday I noticed that all my tracks from qobuz were not listed in the Naim focal app.
I could not enter settings either or services.
The field does not appear. It is trying to load and stays in that loop.

Everthing solved my new phone needed to be updated.:face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Qobuz titels are showing but not able to play.

Qobuz sometimes limits playback on different devices - did you log out of the old phone or maybe have Qobuz active on something else?

It has been working on my phone for 6 weeks.
I can play qobuz in the qobuz app.
My system is Android 15.
When I updated it which was already 15, I was able to login by the naim app in to qobuz. Shortly after that everthing went wrong again.
So tracks from qobuz are not shown anymore.

I am having the same problem I am using iPhone 16 with Naim Atom Unit headphone Edition
I can’t play songs in the qobuz section of the focal&naim app

It’s working here (UK) but I seem to be still on App Version 7.2

Are you running 7.4 (came out 27th Feb).

Yes running on 7.4. I deleted the naim app again. Also Deleted microsoft defender, i did that first actually. Installed naim app again.
Now it seems to be working.
But not as it used. To do.
Strange.

Back again. Tracks of qobuz are not showing anymore.
Yesterday it seems to be fine. Now again only tidal tracks are showing.

Most strange thing is that the ndx2 is still playing my playlist with qobuz tracks. But I can only skip numbers with the remote.
Also the playlist is not showing in the Naim app.

May be worth contacting Qobuz support to see if they are having problems in your region.

If it was an issue with the app I think we’d possibly be seeing comments on the 7.4 app thread.

I can play music in the qobuz app itself.
So I would say that is working.

For what it matters, my Focal/Naim app used today for ciuple of times had no issues with Qobuz - I’m In Italy. But I have only Qobuz, no Tidal.
