Hi

I am wondering if anyone is experiencing any issues playing JB Radio 2 (JB2). I am based in Australia and I have 5 Naim devices that previously connected to JB2. For the last week or so, I have not been able to connect (all links were updated when the radio stations changed a couple of years ago), nor can I connect using the FLAC URL on their website. I have tried re-adding JB2 to my Muso Gen 2 but whilst I can find the radio station on the list of Canadian stations, it does not play anything.

I have also tried using some on-line Radio players - most that I have tried won’t play it but some, like Live on Line Radio will (JB Radio2 | Live Online Radio) so the station is obviously still broadcasting!

Any suggestions to get me re-connected to JB2 through my Naim devices would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Nigel,

JB Radio broadcast side is broken at the moment, it’s been down for about a week on all their published stream links. Their website:

https://jb-radio.net/options

There is one undocumented url thst works which is ogg/vorbis feed so have temporarily switched the Naim directory to that.

I tried the Options URL but all I got was the dreaded ‘404 - Page Not Found’ error!

Just to nail this one shut, JB Radio fixed their side early afternoon UK time on 31st July. All back to normal again.
