@RackKit I found the Confidence 30s to be a bit more fatiguing to listen to compared to the 808s, which I could listen to all day.
The Confidences are a good speaker - very detailed and produce a lot of bass, but sometimes they were a bit more prone to boom - maybe that could have been addressed by moving further out, but I don’t really have room for that.

They do work well visually (and sonically) in my room. I had no choice as these are rare beasts second hand especially in the USA.
If I were getting 808s would probably get walnut.
