Sorry if this has already been answered.
I have not logged in to vTuner for a while but used to go to naim.vtuner.com, enter email address and password.
Now there is no facility to login.
What should I do, please?

Naim no longer has a relationship with vtuner and if you update the firmware on your ND5 XS to 4.9, you will be able to get the new Naim internet radio service.
There are numerous threads about this at the moment but read the sticky at the top of the Streaming room in the forum.

I’ve downloaded 4.9 and am just awaiting a delivery of courage prior to installing.

Read the instructions very carefully and do everything it says to do. The first hurdle will be to get the right cable and to download the drivers to your PC. After that it’s pretty easy, but come back here and ask for help if you need it.
