Funny thing is one day the file stuffed while downloading and I had to contact them. They gave a refund, a stern warning and told me not to do it again. I have since without any problem. The secret is using PayPal.
That happened to me once some years ago and I resolved never to contact them for support. Thankfully their system is robust, and I haven’t had a problem since.
The problem for me was that by having to contact them I found out I was buying them illegally.
I don’t think I would use the term ‘illegally’. That should be reserved for a download without paying for it in circumstances where a pay alternative was available.
All we have been doing is avoiding an unfair restriction on access to music for which we are prepared to pay.
