Got my dates wrong,
This was in use 2006-2012
Going Togo re edit earlier post,
So no confusion
Very interesting, I’m definitely not seeing the advertised “star wiring,” and there certainly appears to be inline filtering despite the fact that it allegedly doesn’t contain any.
I have no idea on how it is made. Posted by interest to have some comments.
One thing I know: It’s the best powerblock I had . Clear uplift vs the last, Eros Titan
Here the schematic:
Yeah, it’s just wild that the schematic doesn’t match the photo in any way. Are you sure that’s not something like an f-TP615?
The inside of a TP609 should look similar to this:
Do you own one?
I have 3x netzleiste, 1x netzleiste plus, 1x powerigel and 1x powerigel plus
I had one in the past but use Puritan 156 today
Good!
I still have not installed the powerigel plus (6x) because it’s so much to fiddle
Found the powerigel plus for 1/4 of retail price - could not resist
I use those as well. So does Chord on all their higher end uk power cables.
@GrumpyOLDvinylJUNKY
Sorry for delay replying it’s all got very busy.

Ah a touch of FOMO. Never happened to me…
@Skeptikal
No apologies needed,
We all got to do,
Can’t be hanging around here all day,
Thanks for info
Please don’t post unauthorised links to commercial sites. Thanks.
I went to google images. Maybe I didn’t realised it was the right picture.
Question. There is written that Musicline Netzleiste is star grounded on the two first inlets. But from the pictures I cannot see any differences between the 6 inlets at all? The ground goes through all 6 inlets and connects close to the cord.
Aahh !!! shock & horror, marketing blurb not telling the truth, what ever next !!!
Its just basic cheap minimal cost.
As you don’t list your system in your profile, it’s hard to understand the context of your posts.
As many other threads show, lots of people reckon expensive blocks are usually not a good use of cash. Many point to be benefits of Powerlines plugged into the wall for those with fewer boxes, while many with several boxes swear by a Hydra.
Other people, who are presumably also not deaf or daft have tried expensive cables and blocks and believe them to be huge upgrades.
I can’t recall anyone disagreeing with the idea that in most houses and flats a dedicated supply from the meter is very good VFM and varies in effect between ‘audible’ and ‘with hindsight, vital’.
Very few who are competent to build their own or get really technical in their posts seem to be keen to spend huge sums on famous-name cables and blocks, but I realise that this may not prove that that view is right.
I don’t think there is any consensus on any of the rest. I think this just reinforces the view that there is no universal or generally applicable answer here - it’s all case-by-case. If I have got the right end of the stick I think that is exactly your key message too.
A few possible trains of thought
1
Some people like to do the best and safest serviceable build so they know how it is.
2
Some people like the decorated cable game and enjoy brand and price top trump.
3
Some people want to believe the most expensive is best through either no qualified knowledge or go purely on expectation bias.
4
If it sounds better to you and you can afford it then enjoy.
If you haven’t tried the Puritan 156 you should. Compare it to your Shunyata and see what you think.
