Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with this. I am using Spotify on my mu-so (1st gen) and I’m finding that the sound is a bit muted - specifically the treble and singer’s. Loudness is turned off and I can’t find any other equalizer. Does everyone have this problem? My phone speaker seems to have crisper audio! Just seems like someone has placed a heavy curtain on part of the spectrum. Is there anyway to resolve this?
