Ihave a Mu-So gen 2, all good with it until yesterday.

I always use the Naim App to control volume, select favourite radio stations etc.

However yesterday, I muted the unit with the App, after a few seconds it un-muted itself. I thought I had accidentally double tapped the mute button, repeated several times, same result. I tried the remote, same result, after a few seconds the unit un-mutes.

I’ve disconnected the device from power, left for 20 minutes, same result.

Anyone had this issue, and did you resolve the problem please? Anyone any ideas how to resolve this?

Did you try stopping the app and then restarting it? Maybe also restart your phone.

Update re Mute issues. I force stopped the App on Phone, I restarted phone. These didn’t work, however I reset everything with the little hole next to the USB port. That’s resolved the mute issue, but I’ve lost all my preset radio stations. No big deal, I can easily re add those.
