Mu-so iOS app issues

My Mu-so is coming up for five years old and, for the past six months or so, the app on both my iPad and iPhone struggles to find it and I get the dreaded ‘finding rooms’ screen. This happens almost every time I open the app and I have to refresh several times to make a connection. The unit is connected via ethernet to the router. I have tried a factory reset, re-installed the apps and even bought a new router, to no avail. Is there anything else I should try, or is my Mu-so just starting to show its age?

The usual cause of this is a Wifi issue. How is your WiFi configured?
