If the led is blue then it is trying to update the firmware.
Yesterday he spent four hours with the blue LED on, after that time I turned off for a five hours, and then I reset and spent a five hours with blue LED and it doesn’t come out of it, and twice when I turned on without the reset, three white strokes appeared on the rotating button and after a few minutes there is a white dash and on the side it turns red, and the bluethoof no longer appears.
The device also does not appear in the NAIM and Focal app.

Ok, access the control panel via an internet browser on your computer. You will need the ip address; put that in and you can click “update”.
