Mu-so Qb stopped playing all BBC radio stations

Hi All
I am new to this forum. I have enjoyed my Mu-so Qb second gen for quite a while. Until 3/4 days ago when it decided not to play any BBC radio stations. I did the usual checked latest firmware was installed, unplugged, switched router on/off, finally did a factory reset. All to now avail. I have another non-Naim speaker, situated much further away from the router that works perfectly. I want to make clear the Mu-so worked perfectly until 3/4 days ago. I contacted customer support and have not had any reply. I have tried to search the web for any suggestions. I hope someone can help.

Vtuner BBC radio issue - work-around

There currently appears to be an issue with BBC channels and Vtuner on Naim streaming devices. Here is a temporary work around for UK Naim customers to access BBC stations through the Naim app. Select the desired streamer via the Naim application Select the Internet radio icon at the top of the app Select the “Naim’s Choice” choice You will find at the bottom of this folder BBC radio 1-6 which will all work. Please use this as a work around until the regular service is restored.
