Mu-So2 Wifi Connectivity

I Have a Muso-2

Have done a restart, updated the app, have all the right lights and wifi connection set up properly but CANNOT get it to connect on my phone.

I open up.spotify, pick a song, the phone finds the speaker but it just wont comnect.

It only works thru bluetooth which i dont like

An update. I just performed a hard reset of the Mu-so (haven’t tried the Qb yet but will later). Pin in the hole on the side for ten seconds until the light changes colour. During the setup process, it specifically asked about confirming agreement with T&C’s for Google Cast. I clicked skip. I presume this has now disabled Google Cast. Once set up, Spotify Connect is available again, with lossless mode. Obviously this isn’t a solution for anyone who uses Google Cast on their Mu-so, but it wil…

I have very few issue with WiFi on my muso 1 and 2. The hard reset with a pin does the trick on the odd occasion it does its freeze thing.

In the words of very highly paid IT directors - turn it off and turn it on again!
