One for the “music on special offer” thread?
I saw the other day that they are looking at a stock market listing. There’s a traditional cynicism about private equity companies going to a public listing, which says that they load the company up with debt which, at the slightest economic hiccup going forward becomes unsustainable with a massive collapse in share price and a return to private equity.
Steve Oliver is obviously a smart bloke to have taken the company this far and expanded the company towards selling unloved phones, consoles, tablets etc thereby having less reliance upon the CD / DVD market.
