Muso has worked fine since launch until we had a power cut and I had to reset the router. Now it finds the room no problem but as soon as I hit play (internet radio, Spotify or tidal) it says xxtracks loaded but jumps back to the tidal home page. Nothing plays.
My ndx is working fine and I can play via multi room to the muso no problem.
I have reset the router and muso 3 times!!
Any ideas why I can’t play muso independently?
You might try the MuSo Support line at Naim. They were very responsive when I called. Hope they can help.
