Muso 2 ethernet cable connection issue

Dear all,
My Muso 2 works fine on WiFi, but I can’t get it up & running connected to ethernet cable. I follow the instructions and the white indicator light appears on the right side. But the Naim app doesn’t progress in any way, it just remains on selecting device display.

This suggests you have 2 conflicting networks, have you installed a mesh WiFi system? If yes, make sure to disable dhcp on the mesh. What might be happening is your phone is connected to the WiFi network with a different ip range that is conflicting with the network created by your router which is also hanging out ip addresses. So the phone and muso cannot see each other.
