I had all BBC radio stations on the internet radio. Suddenly they stopped working and I have tried switching off and reconnecting the Wi-Fi. They still do not work but all other internet radio stations are still ok. I then deleted all the bbc presets and went to the internet radio menu to reinstall. The bbc stations on the “BBC” install did not work. When I went to the “Naims choice” area the bbc stations listed there did work. Anyone know what is going on as the Naims choice area does not have all the stations I want. Thanks

Vtuner BBC radio issue - work-around

There currently appears to be an issue with BBC channels and Vtuner on Naim streaming devices. Here is a temporary work around for Naim customers to access BBC stations through the Naim app. Select the desired streamer via the Naim application Select the Internet radio icon at the top of the app Select the “Naim’s Choice” choice You will find at the bottom of this folder BBC radio 1-6 which will all work. Please use this as a work around until the regular service is restored.

Please see my previous posts on this thread, and also of the work-around Naim have come up with while Vtuner rectify the issue. There have also been other possible work-arounds posted by the members here. If you had contacted Naim support then they too would have informed you of the issue and assured you they were trying to find a solution (now found, at least temporarily).
