I put my QB2 in our back room this morning after a few weeks switched off. I get one white flash from the top volume and the red led flashes once at the rear….then the unit is unresponsive. Tried the reset button for 10 seconds, still no joy, left off for a few hours, still not working. Could be a trip to my dealer?
Unfortunately the red light indicates a system fault, so if the usual restart or factory reset routines don’t work it could be time to return it to your dealer.
Thanks Chris…….my conclusion……just a hope i might have missed something.
As an aside, this is a rare example of an issue that actually has an explanation in the support thing that passes for a manual these days!
