My Nait CD5SI lost Repeat!

Hi. My CD5Si lost its repeat function since my dealer set up my new NDX2 with XPSDR.

When I had a ND5XS2, I used to be able to press repeat on the remote and a tiny green light lit up next to the word repeat. Now just a light blinks somewhere on the LCD screen and repeat is not engaged.

What can cause this? How can it be fixed ?
