Just a quick update: Having now owned the above for several days, I am pleased to report it seems to have ‘come alive’ and is sounding better than ever .
Because for health reasons, I now have spend a lot of time on the bed; I took a deep breath and ordered the £69 Naim remote online. Freepost, ordered Thursday pm it arrived today lunchtime complete with batteries installed with a plastic tab pull to activate them.
It has a lovely feel and is silky smooth in operation. Most importantly, it is completely backwards compatible with the Mu-So Gen 1. An essential extra in my particular circumstances, I don’t regret the outlay for a moment . It is simply a pleasure to use something so well-made.
I’m glad to read that the Mu-So and Naim radio can provide enjoyment and comfort in your difficult situation.

have a listen to ALR Jazz Radio and also the five stations of “Jazz Groove” these six stations are quite melodically comforting and foot tapping.
